Local Moving

Local moves are moves around town or within the area and do not cross state lines.

You've just bought that house you've always wanted and now it's time for the next big decission - move yourself or call a professional moving company?

Sure, you could call all your friends, ply them with promisses of free pizza and drinks to get the job done, but there is a better way.

For now we'll assume you decided to give your friends a break and will be going with a moving company.

Take the first step

First thing is to contact the moving company, preferably us, to set up an appointment for an in-house estimate.

Our Moving Consultant will come to your home to meet with you to get a feel for what you will be moving and what services you will need.

Local moves can range from us moving "just the big stuff" to a full pack and move. Your Moving Consultant will be able to go over all the options during your in-home consultation to help you decide what works best for you.

Things to discuss and consider will be:

• Move dates
• Self pack, partial pack or full pack
• Special items requiring extra attention
• Short term storage if needed

Once the details have been decided and the estimate is put together, your Moving Consultant will go over each step of the move with you and answer any questions.

Remember, at any time before, during or after your move, a customer service representative is available to further assist you with any questions or concerns that may come up.
